Upon requesting permanent self-exclusion, we will refund the remaining funds in your account and close your account.
Note: Consideration of the possibility of reactivating the account will only be carried out at your request (contact must be either by phone or in person).
If you need to block a specific game or sports betting, fill out the block request form. The block will take effect within 48 hours, and you will reimburse us for any use of services during this period.
To unblock football betting or a specific blocked game, send a written request. The unblock will be completed within 48 hours.
Activity Notifications
Information about your account activity can be viewed online. It includes:
- account balance,
- game history (including bets, wins, and losses),
- payment options,
- other transactions.
